What to do in the area

Skiing and snowboarding in LAAX

One of the largest ski areas in Switzerland, linking the three villages of Laax, Flims and Falera. A snowpark, runs for every level, and a season extended by the altitude of the Vorab glacier.

Hiking in the Surselva

In summer the valley changes character: forest trails, alpine lakes and the young Rhine, which rises just upstream. Lake Cauma, with its turquoise water, is one of the region’s best-known spots.

Getting around without a car

The bus stop is a few steps away and the lifts are easy to reach. A Coop Pronto some fifty metres from the door covers the daily shopping without going anywhere.
